Join author, photographer, and architectural historian Dale A. Carlson for an hour-long look at the life and work of prolific Detroit architect Gordon W. Lloyd, whose legacy includes more than twenty surviving church buildings across Detroit and the Midwest. The program highlights notable landmarks such as the entrance gate at Elmwood Cemetery, the David Whitney Mansion, and the former Traverse City State Hospital (now The Village at Grand Traverse Commons).

Lecture is included with Museum Admission. Registration is encouraged prior to the event, as spots are limited.
