We’re introducing a new schedule for select member events in 2026. Member Mornings and Member Nights at the Museum will move to Wednesdays—morning events at the Detroit Historical Museum and evening events at the Dossin Great Lakes Museum.

Bundle up and join us for a cozy winter morning at the Detroit Historical Museum as we bring back this complimentary monthly event for DHS members.

This month, we’re skating straight into Hockeytown with an inside look at our newest exhibition, Detroit Red Wings at 100: Becoming Hockeytown. Enjoy an engaging presentation by the Society’s Director of Collections and Curatorial, Jeremy Dimick, and discover the stories behind a century of Red Wings history.

Savor fresh pastries, test your knowledge with trivia (and fun prizes!), and take time to explore the rest of the museum. Member Mornings are fun for all ages—bring the whole family!

• Parking for this event is complimentary (use the Detroit Historical Museum lot on Kirby).
