Facilitator: Washea Ruth is an award-winning early childhood education teacher, leader, and wellness advocate. She is the visionary founder of Watch Us Bloom, LLC. The leader of “Blooming Movement” that aims to foster deeper inner-connections among teachers, leaders, families, and community partners to support students’ growth. With over 30 years of experience in education, Washea has trained and supported professionals across 46 states and internationally, including work in China, Abu Dhabi, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Her work bridges education, policy, wellness, and community development, ensuring that teachers and leaders have access to FUN (Friends Using Neighborhoods) supportive systems that cultivates “Obvious Growth” (OG) in both their professional and personal lives.
